John and Pepper's Bed and Breakfast!

This weekend we were able to enjoy some time with old friends! We started out the weekend with our friends Abby and David Caudill. Abby was my maid of honor in my wedding and one of my dearest friends as I grew up! We continue to talk on the phone as often as our busy schedules will allow us. She just recently opened up her own cute little store in good 'ole Pilot Mountain called Gabby's. She and David came up to 'get away' for a bit! We enjoyed a good southern breakfast of biscuits and gravy and then walked around Mast General and enjoyed lunch at Pepper's resturant here in Boone!

As they were leaving, John's old roommate Eric came up with his long time girlfriend Meredith. Mer and Eric are both living and working in Greensboro. Eric has been gone for two years to Colorado and it was really evident how much he and John miss each other. It was a great time of fun and catching up!
